Insurance providers
To Interested Insurance Providers,
Attached you will find the Request for Proposal (RFP) for insurance services for the Edgerton-Trimble Fire Protection District. The district is seeking proposals from qualified insurance providers for coverage related to our operations, including property, apparatus and vehicle coverage, liability, and other applicable policies necessary to adequately protect the district.
The RFP packet includes supporting information such as our apparatus and vehicle schedule, building and property values, and an official bid submission form. Please review the attached materials and submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP.
Proposals must be submitted no later than April 8th for consideration.
